Claim Process

This page explains the claim process if you receive a faulty product from Vamfy.com. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by defective products and will assist you in resolving your issue quickly.

Our products are manufactured and tested in China and then shipped to our warehouse in Pakistan. To maintain the original packaging integrity, our team does not open or reseal the products. Items are delivered to customers exactly as received from the factory.

To protect parcels during shipping, every package is wrapped with protective bubble wrap and sealed in a courier flyer to prevent damage or tampering during delivery.

Although we take strict precautions, electronic and tech products may occasionally malfunction. To support our customers we provide:

10 Days Replacement Warranty
1 – 3 Months Repair Warranty (for ECO Products)

Only products purchased from Vamfy.com within the last 10 days are eligible for refund or replacement claims. Products used for more than 10 days but still within warranty will qualify for repair only.

If approved, the product will be processed for replacement or repair according to the warranty policy.

The complete claim resolution usually takes 15-20 working days.
